Is there a minimum number of SIMs I need to order?

How long are the contracts?

Mobile SIMs run on 30-day rolling contracts. Broadband is available on 12, 24 or 36-month terms. Telephony licences are monthly per user.

How quickly can I get connected?

Mobile SIMs are dispatched for next-day delivery and active straight away. Broadband typically installs within 10-15 working days of a survey. Phone numbers can be ported in 7-10 working days.

Which networks do the SIMs connect to?

Every Roam SIM connects to EE, O2, Vodafone and Three and automatically switches to whichever has the strongest signal.

What broadband speeds are available?

Full-fibre FTTP from 40Mbps up to 1.8Gbps, and symmetrical sFTTP (equal upload and download) from 100Mbps up to 2.5Gbps. SOGEA (FTTC) broadband is also available where FTTP has not yet reached.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. We support number porting for geographic and 03 numbers, so you keep the numbers your customers already know. Porting typically takes 7-10 working days.

Can I use these SIMs for IoT, tracking or CCTV devices?

Absolutely. Our SIMs are widely used for fleet tracking, remote sensors, CCTV, payment terminals and field devices. We also offer custom multi-network IoT SIMs that switch automatically to the strongest signal.

Do I get a discount for taking multiple services?

Because we buy in volume across all four major networks and multiple broadband providers, our wholesale rates are typically lower than a single business can negotiate direct — and we pass that on with one point of contact and multi-network failover no single network can offer.

What happens if one network has a fault or poor coverage at my site?

Our multi-network SIMs automatically fail over to the strongest available signal across EE, O2, Vodafone and Three, so a single network outage never takes your devices offline. We can also pair a mobile SIM with a broadband line for seamless 4G or 5G backup.
