What's the difference between FTTP and sFTTP?
FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) is full-fibre with asymmetric speeds — high download, lower upload. sFTTP is symmetrical full-fibre, giving equal upload and download speeds, ideal for VoIP, VPN and large uploads.
How fast is business broadband from Roam Networks?
From 40 Mbps up to 2.5 Gbps. FTTP tiers run from 40/10 to 1800/120 Mbps; symmetrical sFTTP is available at 1 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps.
Is installation really free?
Yes — standard installation is £0 on existing Openreach fibre infrastructure. A pre-installation survey confirms fibre availability; off-net or civils work is quoted separately.
How long does installation take?
Standard installation is typically 10–15 working days from order confirmation, subject to a survey and Openreach fibre being live at the premises.
Do you provide a static IP?
Yes, a free static IP is included on every connection. Larger /29 ranges are available on request for servers and inbound services.
